Sir Biren Mookerjee (full name Birendranath Mookerjee, more popular simply as Sir Biren; the family surname was spelt by them differently from the standard “Mukherjee.”) ( (1899 – 1982) was a leading industrialist who established the IISCO steel plant at Burnpur and other industrial establishments. Shiv Charan Mathur

Shiv Charan Mathur (February 14, 1926 – June 25, 2009) was an Indian politician. A leader of the Indian National Congress, he was Chief Minister of Rajasthan from 1981 to 1985 and again from 1988 to 1989; later, he was Governor of Assam from 2008 to 2009. Mathur became Chief Minister of Rajasthan on July 14, 1981 and held that post until February 23, 1985.
